6 - 4 oz. tuna filets
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1. Season tuna filet with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large sauté pan over high heat.
3. Once pan is hot, add sesame oil and tuna.
4. Sear each side for 1-2 minutes to brown tuna and sesame seeds.
5. Remove from pan and serve tuna rare to medium rare.
