2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup sherry 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon sugar 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled 1/4 cup parsley, minced
1. Mix ingredients well.
2. Arrange shrimp in single layer.
3. Spoon sauce over shrimp. Broil at low heat for five minutes.
4. Remove from broiler and let stand five minutes.
5. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp.
6. Broil for three minutes.
7. Spoon over hot rice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
