Ingredients:
1 quart oysters, drained with 1/4 cup liquid reserved
2 cups Half and Half (regular whole milk will also work)
5 cups cracker crumbs (I use Town House crackers)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup (5 tablespoons) butter or margarine, cut into pats
Preparation:
1. Layer 2 1/2 cups cracker crumbs in bottom of baking dish.

2. Lay oysters over crumbs; sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, salt, red and black peppers.

3. Spread remaining cracker crumbs over top.

4. Mix reserved oyster liquor with Half and Half; carefully pour over cracker crumbs. Dot with butter.

5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
