1 1-lb can cream-style corn 1 can oyster stew 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs 1 can milk 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tablespoon chopped pimento 2 tablespoons melted butter
1. Combine corn, oyster stew, 1 cup cracker
crumbs, milk, celery, egg and pimento; pour
into greased casserole.
2. Combine butter and remaining cracker crumbs;
sprinkle over corn mixture.
3. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 45
minutes.
