Ingredients:
1 lb. mushrooms
3 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut off all but 1/2 inch of mushroom stems.
2. Wash mushrooms thoroughly.
3. Cook (whole or sliced) in butter for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
