6 veal or pork sausages Paprika 6 slices bacon 2 Tbs. oil 12 cherry tomatoes Freshly ground white pepper
1. Sprinkle the sausages with paprika and roll each one in a slice of bacon.
2. Thread the sausages on oiled skewers and put a cherry tomato at each end. Brush the tomatoes with oil and season the kebabs with pepper.
3. Grill over medium heat for about 8 minutes and turn carefully several times.
