1 lb bulk sausage 1 cup finely chopped onions 1 cup finely chopped green peppers 1 16-oz can stewed tomatoes 1 8-oz carton sour cream 1 cup water 1 Tbs sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder 1 8-oz pkg egg noodles
1. Brown sausage in a large frypan.
2. Add onions and peppers and continue cooking for another
5 minutes.
3. Drain fat and lower heat.
4. Combine tomatoes, sour cream, water, sugar, salt and
chili powder; stir into meat mixture.
5. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and
gently stir into meat mixture.
6. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
