1 pound pork sausage 1 pound lean hamburger 1 cup rice, not cooked 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 can cream of chicken soup
1. Cook the 2 meats together, then drain. Save enough of drippings to saute.
2. Mix everything in 2 1/2 quart casserole; cover.
3. Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes.
