1 10-ounce package Cheddar cheese 1 pound hot bulk sausage 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1. Cut cheese into cubes; place in microwave dish. Heat a minute at a time until the cheese is melted smooth. Stirring frequently.
2. Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Shape into small balls; place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
May be frozen before baking. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Place in plastic bags and place in freezer until ready to bake.
