1 pound link sausage
2 1/2 cup medium white sauce
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can button mushrooms, drained
8 hard-boiled eggs
1. Brown sausages in skillet; drain on paper towel. Cut sausages in half.
2. Heat white sauce; season with Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in sausages, cheese and mushrooms carefully; pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
3. Press eggs in sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with fruit and hot biscuits for a hearty midnight snack or breakfast.
