7 oz. salmon 1 cucumber, seeded and diced 1 scallion, sliced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon fresh or 1/2 tablespoon dried dill salt to taste
1. Broil or grill salmon until done.
2. Top with mixture of cucumber, scallion, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
