2 salmon steaks 1 teaspoon capers juice of 1 lime 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 tablespoon strong mustard 1 tablespoon peanut oil freshly ground mixed colored pepper salt
1. Wash the salmon steaks, pat dry with paper towels and put the salmon steaks in a shallow dish. Finely chop the capers and stir into the lime juice and peanut oil, together with the curry powder and strong mustard.
2. Coat the salmon steaks on both sides with the marinade, cover, and leave in the refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Season the salmon steaks with freshly ground pepper and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt only after the fish has been cooked.
4. Serve with a mixed salad and white bread.
