1 (1-lb.) can salmon or 2 (6 1/2 or 7-oz) cans of tuna 1 cup Chopped celery 1/3 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped 2 tbs. Chopped onion 2 tbs. Chopped sweet pickle Salad greens
1. Drain salmon; break into large pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients except salad greens.
3. Toss lightly; chill.
4. Serve on salad greens.
