4 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon capers 1/4 pound lox
1. Combine cream cheese with lemon juice and capers.
2. Spread on salmon slices and roll up.
3. Chill and slice in 16 bite-size pieces.
To decrease the saltiness of capers, rinse under cold running water before adding them to the recipe.
