1 can pink salmon 1 egg 1/3 cup minced onions 1/2 cup self-rising flour
1. Drain salmon, setting aside 2 tablespoons of juice.
2. In medium bowl, mix salmon, egg, and onion until sticky.
3. Stir in flour.
4. Add the 2 tablespoons of juice and stir well.
5. Form into patties.
6. Fry in skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
