500 gm. box rotini 2 medium tomatoes, cubed 1 green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, cut in rings 1/2 cup Crisco oil 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup white sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika.
1. Cook rotini as per package directions. Drain and cool.
2. Place rotini in salad bowl; add tomatoes, green
pepper and onion. Toss.
3. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour
over salad.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours for flavors to blend.
