1 sirloin steak 2 cups red wine 2 tsp oregano 1 Tbs black pepper 1 tsp salt 2 Tbs chopped parsley 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 Tbs cooking oil 2 cups mushrooms, halved 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1. Cut sirloin steak into individual serving pieces.
2. Combine next six ingredients and marinate steak for
eight hours.
3. When ready to prepare, saute mushrooms and onions in
oil; set aside.
4. Brown steak in skillet.
5. Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and onions; simmer
for 1/2 hour over low heat.
6. Remove steak, mushrooms and onions to a large casserole
and cover.
7. With remaining pan juices, prepare a gravy; pour over
steak.
8. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
