1 Tbs. butter 1 Tbs. flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 head red cabbage, shredded
1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage in saucepan; cook, stirring, until thick.
2. Place cabbage in salad bowl.
3. Pour mustard mixture over cabbage; mix well.
