1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli or spinach 1 1-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese 1 1-ounce package shredded Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes 2 eggs 1/3 cup nonfat instant dry milk 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1. Cook broccoli or spinach according to package directions; drain and reserve 1/3 cup liquid.
2. Place in greased 8-inch quiche pan.
3. Sprinkle with cheeses and onion.
4. In a blender, combine the reserved liquid, eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Process on high for 30 seconds.
5. Pour over vegetable mixture.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
