4 slices bacon or 1/4lb. sliced Kielbasa 1 small onion chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 1 celery stalk, chopped 1 15.5 or 16 oz can Blackeye Peas, drained 1 packet Sazon Goya without Annatto Hot pepper sauce to taste Salt and pepper to taste
1. In large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
2. Drain fat except 1 tabelspoon and add to vegetables.
3. Cook until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Serve over rice.
