1 medium head green cabbage (about 1 1/2 lbs.), shredded 1/2 cup milk 1 Tbs. butter or margarine 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper
1. Heat cabbage and milk to simmering in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is crisp-tender about 5 minutes. Stir in butter, salt and pepper.
