2/3 cup margarine 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup evaporated milk 3 cups confectioners sugar
1. Melt margarine and add brown sugar.
2. Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Cool 10 minute then add confectioners sugar and whip until it reaches a good spreading consistency.
