1 quart fresh fruit (peaches are great) 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 stick margarine, melted
1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Melt margarine, pour into dry ingredients, and stir until well-blended.
3. Pour milk into other mix and stir until smooth. (Using a whisk helps.)
4. Fold fruit into mix.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, until top is browned.
