1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough (18-ounces)
yellow and red food coloring
yellow and green icing with pipe tip
1 pumpkin cookie pan (we bought ours from Wilton Enterprises for about $6)
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Open dough and place in medium size bowl. Add a few drops of red and yellow food coloring to create "pumpkin" orange color.
3. Spray hands with cooking spray and kneed dough until food coloring is completely mixed in.
4. Press dough into coated pan. Do not press all the way to edge as dough will spread when baked.
5. Bake according to dough's package directions.
6. Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes. Turn pan over to release and cool completely.
7. When completely cooled, decorate as desired.
If you don't have a pipe tip for decorating, tint vanilla icing in shades of yellow and green and place in ziplock bags. Snip corner off to decorate cookie.
