1/3 cup light Mayonnaise 2 Tbs. white vinegar 1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black Pepper 1 lb. red bliss potatoes, cooked and cubed 2 Carrots, shredded 1 Stalk celery, thinkly sliced 1/4 cup Chopped red onion 1 Green pepper, cored and diced
1. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper.
2. Add cooked potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and pepper. Mix evenly.
