2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained 8 oz sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 sticks margarine, melted 3 cups crushed corn flakes
1. Mix first seven ingredients. Pour into lightly greased
9x13 baking pan.
2. Mix margarine and corn flakes; spread over top of other
ingredients.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
