1 pound pork sausage 2 eggs 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce 1 tablespoon mustard
1. Place sausage, eggs, crumbs, salt, and poultry seasoning in large bowl; mix well.
2. Shape into 24 meatballs.
3. Place large skillet over medium heat; cook meatballs until brown on all sides.
4. Drain on paper towels.
5. Pour all fat from skillet; wipe skillet clean with paper towels.
6. Melt cranberry sauce in same skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally; stir in mustard, meatballs, and 1/2 cup water.
7. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes or until meatballs are tender.
