pork loin 3 cloves of garlic Accent seasoning osemary salt and pepper
1. Have your butcher break bone to carve and let pork come to room temperature.
2. Rub with 3 cloves of garlic and leave on top.
3. Rub with Accent, rosemary,and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Roast with meat thermometer until done.
5. Slice and serve with caper sauce.
