Pina Colada Recipes

1/4 cup crushed ice
1 ounce light rum (2 tablespoons)
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 tablespoon cream of coconut

1. Place all ingredients in blender; blend on high speed until foamy, about 30 seconds.

2. Garnish with fruit, if desired.
