2 cups cooked grits 2 Tbs. butter or margarine 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 4-oz. jar or can pimentos, chopped
1. Heat milk and butter in saucepan over medium low heat
until butter is melted.
2. Blend in grits until mixture is smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and pour into buttered baking
dish.
4. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-40 minutes or until grits
are firm and lightly browned on top.
