6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled 1 cup cider vinegar 1 cup beet liquid 1/3 cup granulated or packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 small onion, chopped 4 whole cloves shredded greens
1. Place eggs in bowl or jar.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except greens; pour over eggs.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days.
4. Slice eggs; serve on greens.
