2 cans sliced betts, drained (save juice from 1 can) 3/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon each of cinnamon, cloves, and allspice
1. Combine all ingredients in pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes longer. Set aside to cool.
2. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
