1 chicken, cut up 1 cup water 1/2 cup vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 or 3 cloves garlic, sliced
1. Put all the ingredients in crockpot; cook for 6 to 8 hrs. on LOW.
2. Serve over rice.
3. The original recipe calls to be cooked in a saucepan, but it works great in a crockpot!
