1 stick butter 2 pounds beef (round or sirloin) 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 green peppers, sliced 2 cups tomatoes (1 lb. can) 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 beef bouillon cube 1/4 cup water 3 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt
1. Brown steak in butter.
2. Put in pot.
3. Brown onions and pepper and add to steak.
4. Blend in tomatoes and all other ingredients.
5. Simmer until meat is tender.
