1 lb. penne pasta 1/4 cup Pesto sauce or to taste 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 cup chopped, blanched green beans Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving Salt Pepper to taste
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, or until al dente.
2. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl. Toss with the Pesto Sauce, tomatoes, and green beans.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss to incorporate.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
