1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell 3 eggs 2 Tbs. margarine, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 1 cup pecans 1 cup Karo syrup 3/4 cups brown sugar
1. Beat eggs slightly. Mix all ingredients, pour into pie shell, add as many pecans halves on top as you like.
2. Bake in 400-degree oven for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350-degrees, continue baking 30 to 35 more minutes.
3. Filling should be slightly less set in center than around the edges.
