1 egg white 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups pecan halves
1. Beat egg white until fluffy.
2. Add light brown sugar and vanilla; mix well.
3. Stir in pecans.
4. Place by spoonfuls on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees F.
5. Cut off stove, leaving candy in oven for 30 minutes. After removing from oven, place in airtight container.
