Party Chex Recipes

1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
3/4 cup peanut butter
12 oz chocolate chips
1 box Chex cereal
1 box confectioners sugar

1. In large pot or microwaveable dish, melt margarine, peanut butter, and chocolate chips over low heat on stove or in microwave.

2. Remove from heat and add box of Chex cereal. Lift and stir with rubber spatula until well coated. Set aside for 10 minutes.

3. Add box of confectioners sugar, lifting with hands to mix and coat.
