1 cup water 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup long-grain rice, uncooked 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp margarine
1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a saucepan; add rice.
2. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
3. Stir in parsley and margarine.
