1 envelope onion-mushroom soup mix 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 teaspoon oregano salt and pepper to taste 6 medium potatoes, washed and sliced (skin on)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine soup mix, oil, and spices. Mix well.
3. Place potatoes in large baking pan. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Toss to thoroughly combine.
4. Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Easy and simple to prepare. Can be used with meals or as a side with picnics.
