1 lb sliced sirloin steak, 1 inch think, cut in narrow strips 1 medium onion, cut into wedges 1 5oz can sliced bamboo shoots, drained 1/2 cup bean sprouts, drained 1 small can mushrooms, drained 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute 1/2 cup condensed beef broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 sliced peaches
1. Brown meat in skillet and drain fat. Turn pieces so as not to burn.
2. Add next 6 ingredients. Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and cook and stir 10 minutes more.
4. Add peaches and cook through.
