1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt 1/4 cup light process cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup orange marmalade 1 teaspoon poppy seeds orange rind curls (optional)
1. Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels, and spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
2. Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes. Scrape yogurt into a medium bowl.
3. Add cream cheese to yogurt. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixter until smooth. Stir in marmalade and poppy seeds. Cover and chill.
4. Stir before serving. Garnish with orange curls, if desired.
5. Serve with fresh fruit.
