2 11-oz cans mandarin orange segments, drained 1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, coarsely shredded 2 green onions, thinly sliced ottled sweet-and-sour salad dressing
1. Reserve 4 orange segments.
2. Toss remaining segments with lettuce. Divide lettuce mixture among 4 salad bowls; sprinkle with sliced onions.
3. Garnish each salad with one reserved orange segment; drizzle small amount of salad dressing over each salad.
