1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/8 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups orange juice 3 egg yolks, beaten 1 cup plain yogurt 2 Tbs margarine 2 tsp orange peel, finely shredded 2 cups fresh orange sections
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in juice.
2. Cook and stir until bubbly.
3. Gradually stir 1 cup of the mixture into the yolks.
4. Return to pan and cook 2 more minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt, margarine and peel.
6. Cover and chill.
7. Stir in the orange sections before serving.
Can be used as a filling.
