2 8-oz. packages cream cheese 1/2 cup ginger ale 2 Tbs grated onion 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 13 oz crabmeat (2 cans) 6 English muffins 24 oz medium cheddar cheese, sliced into 12 2-oz. slices 12 tomato slices
1. Soften the cream cheese with the ginger ale.
2. Mix in the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and crab.
3. Split the muffins in half and place 2 heaping Tbs of the crab mixture on each half.
4. Top with a slice of tomato and cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheddar is melted.
6. Serve hot.
