Onion Supper Bread Recipes

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon butter
1 14 ounce package corn muffin mix
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup shredded sharp process american cheese

1. Cook onion in butter until tender.

2. Prepare mix as directed on package directions.

3. Pour into greased 8x8x2-inch pan.

4. Sprinkle with onion.

5. Mix sour cream and cheese; spoon on top.

6. Bake at 400-degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand a few minutes; Cut into 9 squares.
