Description: Make it any time of year 'cause it's made with canned corn.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp.tabasco
1 can (12-oz.) whole kernel corn
2 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
Preparation:
1. In small saucepan heat sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed, vinegar and Tabasco to boiling; boil 2 minutes.

2. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Cool; cover and chill.

4. For better flavor, let stand several days.
