2 16-ounce cans corn, no-salt-added 2 16-ounce cans stewed tomatoes 1 16-ounce can no-salt-added tomato sauce 2 lbs. frozen cut okra 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired 1/4 teaspoon sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
2. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat until thoroughly heated.
Serve alone, or pour over hot biscuits.
