2/3 cup margarine 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 3 teaspoon vanilla 4 cups quick oats 6 oz choc. chips 2/3 cup peanut butter
1. Cream margarine, sugar, syrup, and vanilla. Stir in oats. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. DO NOT overbake. Cool.
3. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, and spread on top of oat mixture. Refrigerate.
