1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats OR old fashioned rolled oats 1 Tbs whole wheat flour 1 Tbs baking powder 1 1/2 cups skim milk 2 egg whites 1 Tbs vegetable oil
1. In blender,process dry ingredients until oat flakes are
fine.
2. Transfer to medium bowl.
3. Mix liquid ingredients lightly in small bowl.
4. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stirring only until dry
ingredients are moistened.
5. Let stand 5 minutes.
6. Cook on preheated hot griddle, turning with spatula when
edges get firm. Makes 10 medium pancakes.
